I have. I also use a lot of Louise Hay's books and affirmations. I had a lot of trouble this summer and I finally just decided one day to start going to a 30 - 40 minute walk everyday. While I am walking I say to myself the positive affirmations from her book..."you can heal your life". I love them ...

Has anyone taken Levsin timecap for their ibs? I don't really have bad cramping when I have my D so I haven't had this filled yet. I have to wait two weeks until my colonoscopy and as you can imagine, I am a nervous wreck. I am thinking about going to a different dr.
