hey everyone! its been a long time since ive posted. i have recently gone to a doctor about my OCD and well, sure enough got diagnosed with it. its been amazing since then. (at least with OCD. life sucks for other reasons however).

however, i was wondering do OCD sufferers have multiple forms of it ...

i too have those thoughts. its OCD. they suck, they are scary and the good thing is.. you are seeking for help so you will never act out on those thoughts! :)

YES!!! Oh my goodness do I ever!!! I have a alternate doctor that I work with and he said that when we go through the major hormonal drop or increase (can't remember which) your Gaba (neurotransmitter) drops which increases anxiety! Makes me feel so much better knowing every time my period gets near ...

I still don't believe that "normal" people have these thoughts. Where are they coming from?
