YES!!! Oh my goodness do I ever!!! I have a alternate doctor that I work with and he said that when we go through the major hormonal drop or increase (can't remember which) your Gaba (neurotransmitter) drops which increases anxiety! Makes me feel so much better knowing every time my period gets near...

I still don't believe that "normal" people have these thoughts. Where are they coming from?
