Just a quick question. I've noticed that as I relax into this recovery process and learn to cope with the anxiety better, I am much more tired. Is this a normal reaction??

Yes. I can tell you that mine have "evolved" over time. 8 years ago, it was just straight-up panicky anxiety. Mostly thought processes, and fear of meetings, travel, etc.
