This issue creeped up so slowly on me that I had never really stopped to pay attention to it until this past week... I'm 24 but I feel like I'm 100. I'm not sure when this started but I don't think I remember feeling like this a year or two ago (i've had panic for four). It's not unbearable pain eit...

My mom and I have tons of problems, I've got my panic, and she has just always been a very angry/cold person with some rather wild moodswings, basically someone to kick me in the face when I'm down. Long story short, there's one thing about here these past two years I find very odd. She's very relig...

My condition is so severe that I just can't function unless I'm extremely tanked up on benzos. The only way I figure I can work is by taking some 4-5mg of xanax per day (this is NOT due to tolerance, this was my initial dose needed from the start years ago, anything less doesn't do a thing, even thi...

I'm 24 now, have really severe Panic Disorder, had it since 20. I've done Lucinda's program three times, great program for many but it hasn't done a thing for me. I've been on Lexapro, Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft, Tofranil... no difference at all. I've had tubes shoved down my throat, biopsies, MRI's, you...

Thanks T, I did check out your thread and it was very informative.

Arwen, nope, I have not had that done. In fact I didn't even know they did them sleep-deprived, I'll have to look into that.

I've had every medical test I can imagine over the years, biopsies of various organs etc. physically no doctor has been able to find anything wrong.

Xanax will stop the vomiting and get the fevers under control as well so it does seem to be tied in with the panic.

Does anyone else disagree? I've blacked out from them, I will regularly vomit from them, i've even gotten fevers several times when I have a panic attack. I don't know how this is for others, but my experience of them not causing actual, physical harm has not been true. In fact I've gotten to the po...

I don't have IBS but I do have nausea, I can't remember the last time i WASN'T nauseas.... I basically have nausea everyday, all day, and it's been that way for years. I'll vomit every now and then and yes I have blacked out so as far as panic attacks not causing harm, I don't agree with that.... pe...

One thing I've had trouble with is the idea of eliminating troubling or scary thoughts that lead to anxiety, mainly because I can't find any. I'm basically nauseated from the time I wake up until I go to sleep, I don't really fear this at all, I've been like this for years and it's just an inconveni...

I've had Panic Disorder for several years, so severe that I am living at home with my mother and can't work at this point. This started after I witnessed an accident however I feel that was just a trigger and I honestly believe my problem goes back at least 10 or 15 years. I have a mother that is ve...
