When I first started the relaxation CD, I was so "buzzy" and "jittery", I really noticed how much I needed to relax!! It was hard to stay still that long. After a few times I was able to quiet my body and mind much quicker. As you practice more, your pounding heart should calm down...that just shows...

I felt emotionally dependent on my daughter after a family disaster...she was the only one I had to talk to. I've worked ha...

Families should ...

Hi from the boonies of Northern Arizona. Slimjim, sounds like you are really rolling ahead! Good for you. I too am a do-it-youself'er type and am trying to open up to other people's ideas. I am taking an acrylic painting class, people like my paintings, but I always think they should be BETTER! Hey,...

Jorsen...I know what you mean about being so concentrated on oneself! When I'm home alone all day, I am totally worn out analying every thought I have and feeling like disaster is ready to strike at any moment! Ughhh. It is so tiring. No-one in my family wants to hear about it! It seems if one has t...

Hi everybody...See, you are all already positive because you've decided to do this program! I finished the program in September, then I kind of went up and down, up and down, then I started really applying what I've learned and every day gets easier! Some days are rotten, but that's okay... 'cause t...
