1. went to Church, and was baptized again!!
2. cooked an actual "home-cooked meal" for the first time ever!
3. having a great open and honest conversation with a new woman in my life!

2. Glad for having been born in America
3. I like it that I can read and write.
But it would be nice to be able to speak more than one language. Still though, I'm glad to be alive and see the world as being beautiful!

John, that is AWESOME!
1) drove to another library in a town 15 miles from me... by myself, with nary a qualm
2) Feel energized, happy, and "on my game" today
3) Have some funky mucscle spasm going on in tummy but it isn't scaring me

!) I woke up grateful for the new day.
@) I made it home safe from work on the slick, snow covered roads.
#) I'm grateful that I have food in the fridge and a roof over my head.

1) Had a nice lunch with my husband and another couple at a good northern Italian restaurant.
2)Went to three different stores to run chores, even though I was jumpy. Did it anyway.
3)Came home and did deep breathing and Lucinda's relaxation tape and felt calm afterward. Blessed relief!!
