January 1, 2010 - 3 good things
Thought I'd start the year off trying this. I'd like to post to this thread daily, just 3 good things for the day.
I didn't put great because maybe for some, it's just something that wasn't horrible. So it could be great for some, good for others, and maybe just "not bad" for others, but at least it's not something horrific.
Hope you all can contribute and we can keep this going all year long! Let's change those negative thoughts around!
I will make new threads if necessary. Hopefully I'll need to make a new thread every week or every month, let's bombard this thread with positivity!

Shif.
If you don't like something change it; if you can't change it, change the way you think about it.

What a fantastic idea, Shif!
For me:
1) I don't feel overwhelmed and anxious today... more like energized and ready to face the day
2) New starts with a New Year and Old Habits falling away like 2009
3) My crazy kitty whose morning antics never fail to make me laugh!

Focus on what you want, not what you fear...
