1) Back pain from giving a 6'4 teenager a piggy back ride two days ago is subsiding!
2) Feel pretty good today!

1) tonight I will get a good night's sleep because the past 3 nights have been sleepless. I hate tossing and turning !
2) It was a stressful day, but I made it through it.
3) I have a bed to finally get my good night's sleep in.

I never thought I'd be happy about this, but
1) I'm working tomorrow - Saturday (I could use the cash)
Now for the good stuff

I don't know if I have ever posted on this thread but I love to read it amazing how long it has gone on.
(1) my lovely daughter
(2)granddaughter
(3)lovely day we did some sun bathing in the pool
(4)ya ya husband taking me shopping for my birthday which is monday and we are eating at the mexican resterant

We had a nice super sunny day today
in CO.
1. Love our new computer whooohooo
2. So glad for a car that runs and has
air conditioning in the summer heat
3. Thankful for so many on here who know what
anxiety and depression feels like and they never judge you when you are going thru a spell.

1) Went to doc today (usually avoid them like they are on fire) and did really well!
2) Getting alot done at work
3) Back strain much better!

1) Worked my a** off yesterday and I am real sore today....but it's a good sore. It's a "feeling of accomplishment" sore.
2) The sun's out
3) The bubbler rock is running and the sound of the water is slowly putting me to sleep
