3 good things: 1) wonderful children 2)dogs who are ALWAYS glad to see me 3) bills are paid...for the moment!What exactly is corned beef? I've had it before but don't know how its made.

MoM are you kidding? No WAY! Well, I heard that it was tough and grisly though but it wasn't my fault, other than I bought a bad cut of meat!

But nooooo....remember I'm a veggie, no compromising on that one.
