2 being able to get things done
3 my wonderful family
I may come on here sporadically, but for the most part I will be away for about 2 weeks. Hope you all hold down the fort here whilst I'm gone.

Hi Shifrah, This morning when I looked at Yahoo! news, someone had done a study that said that people who write down three good things they are grateful for once a week are significantly happier!!???!!! They could have saved that money and just called you! Have a wonderful, safe trip!

1. Drove myself to the Doctor
2. Had a good Doctor appt.
3. No panic and just a tiny tiny bit of
anxiety. Had a new Nurse Practicioner (she rocked)
Whooohoooo. I am so happy

1) Picturing Hot Rod doing the DLR imitation ! LOL I tried it too ! I couldn't jump that high without ending up in the hospitol ! LOL
2) Came down with a cold a few days ago and now it's gone.
3) Full tank of gas in the truck ! vrooom vroooooooooooooooom !!!

1) I'm in Miami and it's warm
2) I'll be glad when the conference is over
3) Looking forward to going to the Bahamas after this

1.Had a nice drive home, lots of traffic
no panic
2. Had a busy pantry day with 13 families
getting food.
3. So excited to have my noggin challenged
