Hi Ms. T Bones,
That is quite the story and congradulations on the recovery! I have the same exact anxiety and worse. Although, something I was wondering.. was that if you ever got the feeling of 'going crazy' or 'loosing your mind' or even hurting a loved one, even though you knew you never would. I get them terribly and I am only 14 yrs old, suffering with this terrible anxiety and had it for 5 yrs now since I was only 9. I've been doing better with the whole dying thing, although I can't get the 'going crazy' thoughts out of my head.

Ms. T Bones, I can relate to your story so much and you are my inspiration that my life can get better. I have struggling with this panic for a year but lately its been horrible. I have tried therapy, now medication(not happy) and I am still having panic attacks that my world is getting smaller and smaller. Reading your post, I realize that I need to use the program more with a determined commitmment. Thanks for giving me hope..which lately seemed impossible.
