Hi Thatguy,
Over the last 25 years I have experienced some really difficult body symptoms with GAD. After getting checked out from head to toe from every possible Doctor and finding out that there was nothing physically wrong with me, I wasn't sure if it was good news or bad news...lol. I felt like this was a mental issue I couldn't control and that it would plague me forever. These bouts would come and go, sometimes disappearing for 3-5 years. This past year I found myself once again dealing with chest pains, stomach issues, headaches, body shaking violently and having panic attacks in my sleep. To make a long story short, this program has helped me so much, I feel like I am almost recovered. I still have issues but I can deal with them much better...and the body symptoms have stayed away for 7 mos now. I believe that if you really commit yourself to working this program, that it will help you gain control so you can take your life back. Exercising regularly has helped me a lot also. Try to keep a positive outlook and keep telling yourself that it will get better. Good luck!
