A) It was one of those days, but I left work with a smile on my face.
B) Got my bills paid !
C) Slept very well last night.

G. Stayed awake all day so probably will sleep well tonight.
H. Got out in sunlight and took nice walk.

1. The way my kitty runs to greet me when I come home which reminds me that I am loved just the way I am
2. My teen group meets today and that means FUN
3. I realized this morning that every day I get out of bed, come to work, stay 8 hours, and FUNCTION that I beat anxiety

1) Had a few opportunities to get angry at work today, but I kept my cool !
2) Had a healthy supper.
3) Getting the chance to talk to some awesome people on these boards !!!!!!!
