what walks down stairs - I made it thru the work week stronger than ever !
alone or in pairs - I'm headed off to the river for my walk.
and makes a slinkity sound - It's the weeeeeeeeekkkeeennnnddddddddddd !!!!!!!!

Blood - Letting go of a silly but annoying thought going around in my head...I gave it permission to leave of course, so it went on its merry way!
Sweat - My friend telling me there will always be flies in the ointment - loved and treasured that!

I'm a pepper, he's a pepper - got a ton of exercise in this weekend.
She's a pepper, we're a pepper - got a smile on my face from ear to ear.
Wouldn't you like to be a pepper too ? - I'm so relaxed and I know I'm going to get a good night sleep !
