Yada) Had alot of energy today that didn't feel like anxiety
Yada) Got alot accomplished at work
Yada) Work with some really nice people

As I was in bed last night I noticed my furnace was acting up and it was chilly in my apartment. But was reminded right away that so many in Haiti would love to trade places with me. Or the homeless ones here in Colorado.So Iam thankful for
1. Our apartment
2. Our bed and blankets
3. Our full pantry
We are so blessed!

"Orange....Orange who?" - Drank a huge fruit smoothie
"Orange you glad you are alive today!" - The printer is taking back a botched order, so now I'm not stuck with it...Hallelujah!

eenie - Had a stressful day, but I breathed my way thru it all and everything turned out good !
meenie - had a healthy breakfast
minee - had a healthy lunch
...and since I have no intentions of leaving out moe......poor poor moe.......
moe - I'm having a healthy supper !
Sorry that was four...but you see, today is an extra good day. It deserves four.

Tic) Got out and drove on the freeway!
Tac) Came home and got on the treadmill!
Toe) Had a very busy day at work that I handled easily

Happy Birthday!
I remember those meetings at work. Always felt like I had to run out screaming with my hands in the air. Actually, had I thought about how silly that would have been, I probably would have calmed myself down!
