Hey,

I've had the shakes also.At 1st they really scared me.It got to the point I would say,"I might have the shakes, but I still have to move on",move on with what ever I was doing that is.I still get them, but I understand in my head not to let them get to me.If I shake I shake, consider it exercise for the nerves.

Not only do I shake I feel impending doom I feel as I am having an out of body experience. My legs feel as they weigh 200 lbs and I think of all sorts of reasons not to go to work or I go to work and come home cry and then sleep

Diana,

I'm the same way. I shake continuously and it used to scare the crap out of me but now I just find it extremely frustrating. I feel weak all the time. I truly believe it is excessive energy. When I played college soccer we'd run 6 miles a day and then I'd mountain bike or something strenuous afterwards and never felt bad. But since I stopped all that the feelings are almost more than I can bare. It's a weird concept...excessive energy causes weakness and the shakes...seems kinda backwards but it is very much true. I feel your pain.
