I start every day with a prayer, before I even get up. I had a stroke 4 years ago. Any day I wake up and know who I am and where I am, I count as a great day. Don't focus on the bad things that might happen. Thank God for 5 good things before you hit the floor.

Good Morning! Or is it? I understand how you feel in the mornings also. I am just in session 5 and don't have many tools for anxious thoughts so far. Every morning I feel sick to my stomach and just generally not feeling well. I am going for a physical tommorrow! Any one out there have a fear of doctors?

I have the same problem off and on with my stomach. Those are my most common symptoms, chills, shakiness, and nausea. I keep working through it and it goes away as I get in to my day.
