I would really like some suggestion, on how to get the best result for step1 lately. i have been noticing that everytime i start doing the progame i feel a overwhelming results
of panic attack. Is really normal or is it all in my head. so far the relaxing cds does help me with my panic attacks. Itreduces my stree level by a ton a. than after trying to do the progam again i would feel another panic attack.

Hi Brian and welcome! I believe what you are experiencing is what alot of us did when we started the program too. It's because we are learning to face our fears. I know my reaction before was RUN!! Where I don't know cause it's goes with me but RUN! :) When we are encouraged to sit down and face it - it's scary at first - but it gets better. It's normal and guess what? So are you!
