I started the Combatting Stress and Depression Program program in August 2007 and got 7 or 8 weeks into the program. My life at that time had improved greatly, but then I got busy. It became harder and harder for me to complete the homework/videos each week and I got further and further behind. I've been wanting to get back on the program when I was called recently by Stress Center about getting a personal coach.
The woman I spoke with irked me a little because she was a bit pushy and wanted me to sign up for it even though the cost is beyond my budget right now. However, having talked with her made me realize I really owe it to myself to complete the program.
My question is, do I need to start completely over with week one, or do I begin where I left off? I haven't done any of the workbook/tapes since October 2007.
Whats the recomendation for a person like me?
Starting over???

good for you--you got beyond the irksome to see what was good for you. i am glad you're looking to recommit to the program.
i think it would be helpful to you to start at week 3 at least. that's a pivotal lesson--and the materials (that I got a few yrs. ago) even say it's alright--for many folks--to start at 3.
