Hi,
In desperation I got the trial for the system. Still new on it, in my first week, I'm incredibly nervous about what to do. I barely started talk-therapy a couple of weeks ago and wanted to try this program in concurrence. If this does help me within these 30 days I am not going to want to send it back. Unfortunately, I am a young student that can only afford one or the other. This program, or face-to-face therapy costs are my options. Not to mention the monthly cost of medications they have me on. I am so very confused on what to go with. I was somewhat excited about it at first, but now that I realized I can in no way afford both, I would like anyone's advice for my timing/situation.. Thanks so much. :?

Hi Day to Day,
This is my first time here so not real familiar with the way it works. I can tell you I had the same experience with the cost of the program. I finished the program about 6 years ago. Not sure if there was even a website then. I called 3 times and didn’t order it because I couldn’t afford it. I have to tell you it did work for me. I couldn’t drive to work or walk down the street before I finished the program. We’re all different so I can’t say how it will work for you, only that it did work for me.

Hey Day2Day,

I was able to work out an affordable monthly payment plan with StressCenter. Call customer service and see if they can arrange a plan that works with your budget. Also, amazon.com sells the program at a cheaper rate because some of it has been previously used.

Thank you for your replies. I can afford the monthly payments, but I cant afford this And the weekly therapy sessions with a doctor. I'm stuck with choosing what's right, and I don't wan't to lose out on what I could be missing by dropping one..
Thanks

I like to consider the pros and the cons when facing a decision. Of course, you will need to make your own list but here are a few thoughts.

Keeping the Program-

PROS
1. Lifetime access to the tools and resources.
2. Proven track record.
3. Much cheaper over time than doctors.
4. Self-paced

CONS
1. Upfront costs
2. No money left for Dr.

Here some other thoughts also.
You may not find a doctor that "gets you" without looking around.
Doctors are expensive.
Doctors can only be seen on a very limited basis and on their schedule, not yours.

I hope this has helped you and of course, my friends here will add their own thoughts
so you should have a lot of good input.

I wish you well. Come visit the chatroom whatever you decide.
