SOMETIMES WHEN IM OUT AND ABOUT I FEEL LIKE IM NOT THERE. LIKE WHEN I AM WALKING IT DOESNT FEEL LIKE I AM DOING THAT ITS WEIRD AND HARD TO EXPLAIN. CAN ANYONE RELATE?

Yes. It's called depersonalization. Very common symptom of anxiety disorders. It happens to me all the time particularly when I'm tired or right after a really stressful few days. Google it and you'll see your not alone.

Yes. When my anxiety first came on at 18, that was the WORST feeling ever. I hated it and could not get rid of it for weeks. I know exactly what you are going through. Unfortunately, this feeling just has to go away on its own, you cannot "calm" yourself down from it or breathe in 2 and out 4 like Lucinda says for the attack. I'm sorry you feel it too. Good luck.
