I have always found it enjoyable to laugh, read funny books and watch funny movies. I do not like the so-called dry humor, for I am not smart enough to find the humor in it. Ha!Ha! really main comedy is my line. I even dressed up like a clown once to make others laugh. Now I have back problems that hurt to laugh to hard, but still enjoy funny stuff even if I must be carefull how I laugh. Since I need this humor to get better with the problems of near depression at times, any suggestions?

I believe humor can be loud and boisterous, or quiet and peaceful. If you enjoy loud humor, consult a physical therapist. They might be able to help you strengthen the muscle groups you need to just have a jolly good laugh.
