I have just started this program. I am very excited with what I have experienced in just the first couple hours. I want the constant 'what if' thoughts to stop popping into my head all day long. I want to enjoy a positive moment I am having without immediately having a negitive image come rushing in out of nowhere.

Here's to the future and being healthy, happy and enjoying every moment!

journaling has helped me a lot. describe in detail what is going on in your mind. if you think it write it then when you are done cut it up in litte thin strips to the poing that the words no longer exist. it is so refreashing.
