Hi, been suffering from depression since childhood. Since my marriage three years ago and all those changes, the depression and anxiety has gotten so much worse. Work is more stressful and life in general is more difficult. My therapist is now seeing me once a week and psychiatrist once a month to adjust my medication. I'm thinking about taking a leave of absence from work before I really just break down. But of course I fear what they'll think. Got to love depression and anxiety disorder. I'm hoping this program will be a good addition to help heal me.
I understand about getting anxiety over changes and stress. I had anxiety some yrs ago after a relationship, went on medication for awhile and it went away. I started getting anxiety again after I bought a house and my job is stressful.I thought I was going tohave to take leave of absence also.I am on medication now and on this program and both seem to be helping . Hang in there!
Hang in there and keep with the program....I had the worst anx I've had in a while this weekend. I needed to hire a new driver and I new I would be shut in a room with folks all day doing interviews. That little voice kept saying "what if you have to bolt out of the room during an interview..want that look bad"...I pushed fwd and kept saying that god is sending me a good driver to make my job easier and I have to interview to find him....well I'm still here and typing to you....was it tough, yep...fight to win..but dont the feelings.

Are you a Notre Dame fan by chance? If so last year must have been pretty tough for you!
Just kidding. I graduated from ND in '93. Cautiously optimisitic about this football season.
Give the program a chance. I too sufferred since childhood. This program put my whole life in perspective and allowed me to put issues from the past (ie family issues, friends, etc) to rest. It is like living life in HDTV vs seeing life through an analog television.
Good luck.

Thank you all for your comments. It's been so touch lately that I often think I'm just going to run out of the office. So evod71, I can relate to your experience.
Pujols5: I'm very Irish- ND used to be my favorite team until my parent's money went to Penn State University. So when PSU isn't playing ND I'm cheering on ND. It was very tough to make the switch.
Once again, thank you all. I need much support!
God bless you.
