Yes, Missgsr is right. This is common!
But, you can start right now - to change how you react to it... start with doing your breathing exercise that is recommended in the relaxation cd. You remember - 2x4 slow breaths to start relaxing yourself. Keep your mind active and distract yourself. Maybe start planning for the classes or the schooling you would like to pursue! Then get going, sign up and do it!!!
