Hello! You are not alone. I also still have the shaky feelings, racing heart, spacey- all physical but with no accompanying anxious thoughts, worries, or panic attacks. It is bothersome and feeds into my hypochondrism. I think we have to be patient as our biochemistry changes in a good way (as a result changing our thinking, no caffiene, exercise routine, etc from the program). I am not taking any of the medications you mention, but medications can cause all kinds of physical symptoms; why not check with your doctor? Aside from that, it sounds like you're doing a great job managing anxiety- keep it up and stay off the caffiene. I've noticed just how sensitive I am to caffiene since weaning off- just half a cup of tea and I have the shakes. Keep breathing and let it run its course. Good luck!
