I'm enjoy the program but seems like it hard to find the time especially the relaxation tape.HOW DO I FIND THE TIME? IWORK IN DAYCARE LIVE ALONE WITH TO MY BOYS AND THEY ARE 11 AND 14 BUT THEY ARE STILL VERY NEEDED ITS ONLY BEEN 4 YEARS SINCE THE SEPARATION.

Hi Shelley,
Well one suggestion I could make is that you could listen to the cd's and the lessons in your car to and from work or if you are driving your boy's somewhere. I have done that and it helps. Or if you are cooking dinner or having a bath or shower at night just a thought honey. Also if you find you can only listen to the relaxation tape a couple of times a day it is very important to do it, try doing it in the morning before you start you day and in the evening even in bed before you go to sleep or when the boys are in bed. Just some thoughts I hope it helps. Also welcome to the program and the site you are on your way to recovery. Good luck and God bless you on your journey to health.

Hi Shelley,

I'm also in my second week on session 2 and I do find it hard sometimes to listen to the relaxation tape. I also work all day (i own a business) and have two children (11 and 7) who always want my attention more than there father's. He relaxes when we get home from work while I am playing, helping w/homework, or just watching tv with them before their bedtime. I have to say mimigirl is right I listen to the tape right before bed which puts me right to sleep and those nights are my best nights ever. I also listen when I am getting dressed in the morning. I just take one day at a time. Good Luck!

Hi what I have done was download the lesson and relaxtion tape in my Ipod.
This way I can carry it with me where ever..( gym, appointments, work(during lunch and break.. even as funny as it sound, as I sit on my morning throne ( washroom ) ha.
and as for the reading material I take 15 to 30 minutes first thing in the morning and instead of staring at the celeral box, I read the material.
