A few weeks back I posted some real life applications of the program in my own life and got a great response So I thought I would share some more real life situations that have come up I'm a 32 male and finished the program 12/08 I have recently started going through the program again just because I enjoy it. I can tell you I have not had a panic attack in months Do I have anxious moments? SURE but it does not run my life.An example a few days ago I was ready to go the store BY MYSELF and my son said Dad "don't you want your cell phone" I did't even think about not having it,in the past that was a major no no it was my lifeline in case of that super panic attack that NEVER HAPPENED!I sometimes have to take a step back and realize how far I have come Recovery is realistic I promise you I'm walikg proof I have went to a NFL game this year and just got tickets to see my favorite band in May life has changed for me and I just want anyone who is struggling with this to know this is a way out. Work the program and you will recover I started out just like everyone before me and after me and you will learn to embrace the gifts that we turned in on ourselves.Ok well live life there is no such thing as failure and anyone can feel free to reach me directly if you would like. I wish you all peace of mind and good health

Wow, how wonderful for you and your family. I am so happy that you successfully completed the program. I wish you continued success. I cannot wait to one day post my success too.

Peace,

Leopolda
