Hello Everyone,
I have a couple of questions:

Q1. Sometimes with negative thoughts, I find they are "negative picture scary thoughts", and I have a hard time trying to articulate them! Even looking at these "picture thoughts" to try and articulate can bring about high anxiety - especially when they hit me when I am driving in my car or don't feel as safe in myself as I do at other times. Does anyone have some ideas regarding successfully dealing with this?
*NOTE: I have read the parts in the book about imaging, postcards and imaging while using the relaxation tape. These are good ideas with regards to replacing these imaginary scary thoughts. Just need to do so more.*

Q2. I find that, many times, I do not finish the weekly lessons in 7 days, but sometimes take up to 11-12 days. Is it better to do a "thorough" (not perfect) job and then proceed? Or is it better to do a "not so thorough" job and proceed after 7 days? Personally, I think the thorough job is better, but I do not wish to not follow the program as suggested - weekly lessons.

Thanks so much for any positive input anyone can give me!

Thanks!
