Hey Roxann-
Well, I'm writing this after a sleepless night where I've tried to "control" situations in my head by replaying scenarios and what-ifing. Is that what you mean? I haven't had a full blown panic attack, more like a really full anxious head.
I figure this is due partly because I keep busy with other people, doing the homework, etc. during the day - and at night- whamm! - all my old ways of dealing start coming at me ( kinda' like those first few weeks of dieting - where I'm good about not eating sugar, etc. until I want that brownie at midnight! )
By the way, are you lessening the coffee, sugar, stimulants like the program suggests? I am, and I think that's why my sleep is also affected - I'm feeling withdrawl symptoms.
How are you coping with the panic attacks?

I just got my program today and started watching the tapes and it made me anxious about this new Journey. same old stuff...worrying...what if's ..etc. My head is full of pressure and I worry at night more than during the day.So I am causing myself to be more anxious facing my fears. Anybody out there?

I have trouble at night too. A couple of things that work for me is making a list of what I am worried about and then deciding to worry about it at specified time the next day. Usually, I just forget about worrying about when the next day comes. Also, you might want to check with a herbalist or naturalpath physician regarding adrenal support. If your adrenals are getting taxed then they might need some help. Supplementing my adrenals helped my nighttime panic attacks. Hang in there!
