I thought of an idea for everyone to post what they do to handle themselves everyday with anxiety of going 'outside' or riding in a car or in a store with lots of people. So that maybe some people who don't know these things can try them and see if it helps for them as well.
I listen to soothing music on my ipod and close my eyes in the passenger seat so i don't have to look at the other cars or road lol. Then if i get panicy i do EFT tapping and imagine that time is going faster and i will return home safely.
