Can't Sleep - Mild Sleeping Pill Recommendation?

I am doing well with the program but still wake up at 3 am and can't get back to sleep.

The relaxation CD helps but not completely.

Any sucess with mild sleeping pills? What brands?

I take ambien xr. But it is perscribed by my doctor.
