Selly,
I was having what I would call mild anxiety with it interupting my sleep a little. My doctor put me on Effexor and the first day I thought I'd lost my mind. I felt like my skin was crawling and my chest was going to explode. I told her to take me off of this crap because I have never felt this bad before and she said this was the side effects and to keep taking xanax to help with it until it got into my system. Well, that was 5 weeks of hell! I am doing much better now. Everyone reacts differently to medication. Thats the hard part. Not everyone finds the right kind of drug with the first one that is prescribed. Your lucky if you do.
This is your trial and error time with the presciption drugs. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Hang in there and ask all the questions you feel necessary of your doctor in order to understand the drugs you are on. I also found that your pharmacist is extremely knowledgable with these drugs and what they should do and shuold not be doing.
