Hi ImKay,

The mind is a powerful thing. However, it can be persuaded simply. Study verses 1-17 closely.

http://www.holybible.com/resou...le=Romans&Chapter=10

Instead of the thought you have, Speak positively, hear what you are saying, then repeat, over and over. Have faith in what you speak positively aloud, and hear then speak it, then hear it. The more you say it, the more you hear it, the more you hear it, the more you believe it. It is a very simple precept.

You know you have trapped yourself in a vicious circle of negative thinking. In order to successfully drive those negative thoughts, speak aloud positive things, and you will develop a positive attitude that will help you over come. Does it come easy? No. Because you have to follow through and do it. Do it aloud, hear it and speak it again.

I was put on Abilify, as you probably read once or twice, and I had a negative outcome. If you have read the thousands of commentaries on most of these medications, there are really very few successes with out a tons of other issues.

I have come, over the years, to know that very small expression of the anagram KISS (keep-it- simple-stupid). It works. You can over analyze anything, and never reach a positive outcome. Start with your lips, speak it and then hear it with your ears. Something simple as the exercise I shared with you, sometime ago. Remember: I feel great ?

You are speaking it, then hearing it then, doing it. If you try it you will know it works, if not you didn't drill it often enough.

You know that anything I tell you is from my heart and wrapped up with love. The answer is right inside of YOU. YOU Set the tone early in the morning and carry it through the rest of the day.

YOU have to do it for YOURself. The key is YOU have to do it. It will help you set a positive mind set and attitude. What ever your approach, drill it into yourself. This will work! and repeat This will work! and repeat. You have to say it so that you can hear it.

Take your focus off the negative and say, hear and believe the positive. And keep saying it until you believe it, no matter what your negative thoughts you may dream up. Stand up for yourself.

Anything else is just a crutch. The answer is not in any bottle of anything. It's in you! :D
