Does Anybody Know of an Anxiety Support Group in the L.A. Area???

Does anybody know of a support group for anxiety in the L.A. area??? I think this program and this website is AMAZING, but I would love to meet with people face to face and maybe find some friends that understand as a support system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I don't know of any support groups in the area, I have been wanting someone nearby to talk to as well. I live in the Manhattan Beach area, and would love to have someone near who understands what I go through, Thanks, Stacy

Hi, I am from the Miami area and would love to find a support group in my area too that will enhance what I am learning from this program too. I think it would be so cool to be in one of those group sessions like in the lesson cds.

I googled anxiety and agoraphobia support groups in my area and got a list of places. This might work you too. They usually had a number and a contact. I hope this helps
