Just Venting
Hey everyone hope all is well with you! It's same ol same ol with me had a pretty rough evening last night.Been trying to make it day by day sometimes minute by minute i'm sure you all know what i'm talking about.My depression is driving me crazy and now my husband thinks I need to go back into the hospital cause of it the things it makes me do.I don't want to go to the hospital though I called them yesterday and they had a bed for me cause my husband wanted me to call them then after that he changes his mind he adds to my stress sometimes i'm just so frustrated.I wanna run away but there is no where to go! Hopefully I feel better soon...April

If your husband is worried about you and things you do, maybe you can go talk to your doctor at least? In my experience, it takes a lot for family to actually encourage someone to get help... most people tend to close their eyes to problems and hope that they will just go away on their own.

I'm sorry you're feeling so frustrated! It really does help to vent those feelings, though, rather than keeping them bottled up inside of you. I agree with Arwen: it's good that your husband is encouraging you to find ways to help yourself. It can be very frustrating, though, to try to balance other people's ideas of what might help you with your own thoughts about what you need.
