I am new to the program and this is my first posting. I am on week 2 and already feel much better. Over the past 2 yrs I have been to the ER twice, recently about 4 weeks ago. All test come up fine. Had chest pains, shortness of breath, and some tingleness and numbness throughout body. I have suffered from feeling of being trapped while driving as well.

I am new to the program as well, and wanted to say that I have spent the last 6 years in and out of ER's. Same results as you. I am on week two as well, and I have been struggling, but had some great results last night after only a couple of days of session 2. Glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better.

You know thats the worst feeling when we go to the doctor and they say nothing is wrong but we know its something wrong with us. You would think they would just say maybe its anxiety or depression but they just try to make you look like your crazy and keep getting your money to tell you nothing is wrong. Well I think all of us were just like you when we first started the program or at least I was. It took me 2 weeks to even open the box lol. When I did 15 weeks ago now it was the best decision that I had made in a long time. Its a process and the more you put into the program the more you are going to get out. Stay the course no matter what feeling you are having because they are going to pass. Use your breathing and relaxtion tapes because they are going to be key for a while. It will pass believe me. Make sure to use the relaxtion tape at least 3 times a day if you can because it really helps. As well as the breathing through the panic.
