Question about the program

I, too, went through the program twice and then went on to get a coach. Getting a coach was the best decision I made. I made so much more progress with the personal help and structure. You will get a new manual (if they are still doing things the way they were 4 years ago)
I am in Texas so I do not know how they will handle the phone charges.
You should be able to give them a call and ask or email them.
Good luck!

I wish I had known about the coach option!
I have finally found my way with this, but you may indeed need someone else to help you wrap your brain around this in a way that works for YOUR brain. For the longest time, I just wasn't "getting" certain aspects of the program. For sure, my ability to over-analyze everything didn't help! So check out a coach - it may be just what you need! Life is to short! Take charge!!
Peace.

I talked to someone at the mid-west center about getting a coach. I want to so bad, but I didn't realize it was so expensive. I don't have the money. If i did I would definitly do it. Once I get working soon, then maybe I'll be able to afford it. Do we get like a one time free coaching call or something helpinghands??
I, too, cringed at the cost. However, at that point I was so miserable and freaked out that I had to do something. I live in a small town 30 minutes away from any therapist and, at that time, that was just too far for me to go on a regular basis. I made the tough decision to put it on a charge card.
I can't tell you how much it helped me. I ended up going through the coaching program twice because, even though I made tremendous progress with the first one, I just didn't feel like I was where I should have been. And, after all, I had invested so much money I got all assertive and asked for some resolution from StressCenter.com and they got me a second coach. Both coaches were GREAT. It was SO helpful having someone who has actually been through the whole thing and COME OUT OF IT. I had stopped believing that anyone ever recovered! I wish that more recovered people would post on here... However, I digress. The decision is yours. And, you don't have to decide right now. Set a date and tell yourself that "If I'm not markedly better by such and such date I will reconsider the coaching option" Doing this helps me cuz I tend to get a bit wishy washy.
Hang in there!
