This comming Sunday I have to get on a plane. My anxiety level has been going up just thinking about it. I am afraid that I am going to have a panic attack on the plane. I appreciate any words of encouragement and any prayers to help me through it. Thank you everyone and God Bless.

Clineng; For some strange reason I have absolutly no fear of flying...I have flown to Hawaii 5 times from the east coast as well as having flown all over the country and to Mexico...Here's a tip, you can only think of one thing at a time so focus on the good time you will be having. If you have a scary thought immediately change to a positive. The way I look at it, if the plane crashed I would no longer have depression and anxiety  Stay positive and remember that flying is a heck of a lot safer than driving on many of our high ways. clineng, Remember that Jesus will be on that plane with you!!! Know that you are safe anywhere in this world with Jesus holding you by HIS righteous right hand!!!

You are safe!!! Remember to say this one over and over, until, you believe it, because it is the truth!!!

Have a wonderful flight with Jesus as your companion!!!

Think of HIM as being your pilot!!! Since, HE is our everything!!!

God Bless You clineng!!!
