Anybody got any good things to say about it? Has it helped?

I have taken buspar for years. You have to continuously take it for it to work in your system, as opposed to a quick fix, like xanax. I take it 3 times a day, & generally feel good. If I have a bad episode, I pop one xanax to get that immediate relief. But, overall, buspar taken regularly, helps.

Thanks so much. I think i might ask about xanax or ativan also.

In my opinion, I would stay away from the Buspar. I took it for about 2 years along with Cymbalta and it made me feel more crazy than when I was without it. Of course, different medications work differently for others, but I thought I would give you an opinion from the other side of the spectrum.

I have been taking buspar for a couple of months now and it makes me really weird.. I actually think it makes my anxiety worse and my legs feel like jello.. and it gives me hot and cold flashes right after I take it.. Idk I wouldn't recommended it
