thinking negative while listening to cds

It feels like if theses cds arent helping i have no hope... i sometimes dont wanna listen to the cds because i start thinking negative i cant stop thinking i feel terrible could it be the meds i take or what? Im taking zoloft whats good for anxiety and worrying?

stay possitive ,remember that you did not get this condition over night,as a matter a fact as you go through the program you will start seeing some paterns in your life and will be able to start identifiying your stressors.
give yourself a chance you deserve to live a happy and stress free life it takes a little time to start seeing the changes but i promiss you you will start seeing them work your cds slowly dont rush .

Thank you yeah im working slowly to getter beyter thats whats my problem i want to get better right away but i am slowly but surely i just have a problem with that like on in the moment feeling like im not living in my body or like in living with my thinking?
