The Relaxation tape is so soothing. I have been having my entire family do this exercise.

I also went out and bought several relaxation sound cd's.

That's good keep it up trust and believe it will help slow down your breathing, walk a little slower, talk a little slower and very important drive a little slower. Do not give up on the relaxing tape's, video's or cd's.
