I have just received the program. I am on my second day of using it and it has given me some hope. I am recently divorced and have been struggling with the loss of my partner and my little boy who I dont get to see as often as I would like. I was laid off recently from a company where I worked for for over 10 years. These are my main sources of my deppression and anxiety. Being unemployed in a rural area makes work very difficult to find and I find myself feeling all alone, which I am most of the time. I need to get out and do things but I just cant seem to find the motivation or people with the same interests. I have struggled with alcohol & Marijuana for years to bury these feelings but this only makes things worse. I have been sober for 2 weeks now and have already noticed the difference. Ciggarettes are the next thing to go but right now they have been my only stress releif. Are there any support groups in my area where I can go and talk with people with the same feelings and issues? I want my life back and to feel like I am not all alone here.

Peace

Hey Peaceman69,

I am glad you have received the program and are about to start it. I am from florida and also wondered about support groups in the area liek the one we hear on the cds. Well i messaged Mrs. Dickman the educational director for the Stress. She gave me a name of a doctor they use to work with in Boca Raton. Dr. Rick Harris. Google him and I think you can find out about groups near you. God Bless. Hang in there. and Take care.
