I woke up with a panic attack. I was doing pretty good with them for awhile.
I recently noticed I wake up feeling tingly all over. They last for a couple minutes then fade. When I sleep I tend to twitch also which wakes me up at times. When I do wake up from the twitches I seem to be alert. Like I need to do something. Then that sends me to worry if not panic. It sucks and I don't like feeling that way!
I noticed this after I had surgery. Also after I became vegetarian. I don't even know if those things have anything to do with why I've been feeling these tingly sensations and twitching the past 8 months. Some days it seems to be getting better. Some days it seems to be worse. It sucks and if someone knows or experiences anything like this or encouragement or point me where to look. I'd be much appreciative!

Well, I'm almost all vegetarian and so are many others with no such symptoms. My guess is it is anxiety which can present itself in many ways.
Do you have the program here? Someone once mentioned that it may be available on e-bay for less cost. It may be worthwhile for you to explore that possibility. Wishing you the best.

It can be purchased on Ebay for less than $100 and on up. If you want the CD version (as opposed to the VHS version) you will pay from $150 up. I would make sure to buy new, not used, so there are no "missing parts"!tina martin wrote: Do you have the program here? Someone once mentioned that it may be available on e-bay for less cost. I've been experiencing the same thing. When I would go to bed I would feel my arm going numb and feel like my head was twitching. When I would fall asleep my husband would wake me up because I would grind my teeth loud. I went to the emergency room and there was absolutely nothing wrong with me. It's just the anxiety. I found the relaxation tape would help a lot to relax and put me to sleep and I would stay asleep all night. Even watching one of my favorite movies, or listening to relaxing music helps. When I feel those sensations sometimes I even just laugh at myself and self talk that this is all in my head and I'm fine. It's amazing how much better you feel when you get a good night sleep. I hope any of this will work for you and you'll feel better!!
