After I have listened to the tape twice on panic attacks, I fear them a little more than I did before. I guess listening to all the horrible symptoms that I have experienced with my attacks made my mind go loopy. Has anyone felt this before? A kinda get worse before you get better feeling?
I'm with u on this. I admire the people that have been able to get through the attacks from the stuff they learned on here, but I'm still wondering if it will help me.
