this is my first time
I have been having problems with anxiety and depression all my life. I have discovered that I am a very negative thinker even though I always am there to cheer somebody else up. I have been trying to get my negative thoughts under control but its been very difficult. I recently moved away from my family to be with my boyfriend but I end up being alone most of the time and I am having a very hard time adjusting and trying to keep the anxiety under control. Im feeling very discouraged right now.

first you need to take a deep breath you can do it! just follow the program. one thing i find that helps me is to stop what I'm doing for just a min and i have to change my breathing. once i do that i can finish what i'm doing. another thing that helps me is to tell myself that the thoughts i have are nothing more than that, just thoughts. they can't harm me. their not real. i still have problems with the negative thoughts and all but if all you can do is change your breathing and tell your self that its just a thought and nothing bad will happen just cuz of a thought that might help! i know you can do it! just have faith in yourself!
