I just finished session 2 and I need the tools described to me in more detail. Does that seem strange.

I was feeling the same way. I wasn't sure how to put it all together and "work" it. I used my free life coaching session and Julie helped me to realize I was doing the "perfectionism" thing and didn't need to. So I sat down and listened again and went through to workbook and just kept telling myself that I would stay on lesson two until I felt I had it and could move forward. Julie told me there's no right or wrong way to do the program so I decided that I'm going to be gently on myself and take my time to really practice and understand. No shame in slowing down and going over it again, it will come when you're ready to receive it.

Thanks "myeyesopen" I do the SAME thing! I wanted to keep mvoing, a session each week, so 15 weeks. I've been on 1 for about 2, 2 1/2 weeks now, and I'm just doing 2. No shame in it. Not gonna help myself by beating myself up over it---b/c before I'd just go to bed and put it off eve ntho it's important =P
