Watched(listened) most of the dvds, read the book front to back. Found the dvds' posted online for free. This whole package is a rip off scam and a complete waste of time.

Can you please elaborate and explain exactly why you believe this program is a scam and a ripoff? Otherwise, just stating "this program is a scam and a ripoff" doesn't really provide any useful information to someone new like me who may be considering purchasing the program. Thank you.

There are CDS to listen to and homework assignments. I'm off of antidepressants because of this program.

I don't have the program because I came from another site. However, it is based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) which I have come to respect and come to believe can be very helpful. There have been numerous testaments to this effect right here. This is the first negative comment I have read. There can be recidivism after quite some time. But people give it their attention again.

The problem is it requires effort, time, attention, concentration and simply even a desire and self motivation to improve. Even in traditional psychiatry, the best results happen when the patient is an active, engaged participant.

One thing you said is that you watched/listened to most of the DVD's and read the book. That doesn't work in this program. The Lessons are meant to be done in order as one Lesson builds on the other. The book is also meant to be read along with each Lesson, not in its entirety all at once. The way you approached the program is all wrong. No wonder you never got anything out of it. You didn't do it properly. To be blunt, don't blame the program, blame youself.

To see a change in your life, you have to do the WORK. The program is merely a tool, no different than a treadmill is to someone trying to lose weight. Those wanting a magic pill to cure their anxiety won't find it in the program if they're not willing to do the work. Only reading and listening won't fix you. I'm sorry, it's not that easy. I certainly wish it were and the toughest part of the program is putting these tools to practice.

You also have the money back guarantee. It won't happen overnight. You also need to incorporate other things, dr., maybe meds, everything helps.
Good Luck

Thanks for mentioning the money back guarantee. The comparison to the treadmill and weight loss is also so good (esp. as I'm off to the treadmill).

The posts alone here can perhaps show the original poster how to turn negatives into positives: a key aspect of the program and the support of others here.
