Hello,

A good morning to all ! I've dealt with anxiousness and the accompanying depression off and on for years....have been in the midst of it again due to having a serious viral illness in December. Now I'm starting through the program again and just looking for some positive friends and help along the way---I've done it before and I KNOW I can feel better again-----hope everyone is having a good Sunday. I have my 7 year old Grandson, John with me and we're having some fun !! :D

Hi CharmCity, I'm not from the Baltimore area but I read your post and wanted to say hello and hope that the program works for you this time around. I, too, am reviewing the program for a second time due to some stress and anxiety issues I am having. And, we CAN feel better again, it's just putting our minds to it. I hope you had a wonderful day with your grandson! :)

Thanks for your reply! It's always nice to see a friendly note out there----I'm waiting for the program to be delivered so am trying to do some positive stuff to keep moving forward. The last couple of days I've been using positive affirmation CDS that seem to help a lot. Have you ever used those before? Anyway, I hope your Monday has been good, and have a nice night!

Hi BlueEyes. Yes, I have used positive affirmation CD's. They work well for me. I also use guided meditation whenever I feel stressed or anxious. I should be using it every day but sometimes I just forget. Guided meditation is very relaxing and very helpful. Take care.
