Hello,
I am in week 7 and the changes have been subtle but they are starting to shine thru. I recently bought a book called the Peaceful Mind. I believe its one of the books recommened by Carolyn. Either way I really enjoy it but it also has alot of exercises in recording your negative thinking and working on mindful meditation. Has anyone done of mixture of Lucinda's program and also added some of there own little touches? I am only on week 7 and I started in January but I have alot going on and I figured I would be moving thru very slowly anyways. Anybody have any input? Is it not a good idea?
